These listings of those who have signed, and those who have violated, the Taxpayer Protection Pledge are from the Americans for Tax Reform (ATR) website. ATR actually runs and administers the program and GRIH assists locally in getting elected officials and candidates to sign. Who Did Not Sign

Lt. Gov. Duke Aiona declined our request that he sign the Taxpayer Protection Pledge. Read his letter to GRIH regarding why he chose to do so.
