The Second Annual International Conference on Climate Change 2009 Scientists, economists, and climate experts with a skeptical view of climate change alarmism gathered in New York City on March 8-10, 2009 to discuss why they believe the global warming crisis has been canceled and whether a crisis ever really existed in first place.
